Same Shit, Different Show is a weekly podcast dedicated to understanding the difficult art of show business. The idea came to SSDS founder Buz Wallick in a fever dream while working on a show that was just wrapping up at the 18 hour mark. There was no glamor, no guts, no glory. Just work. Honest, grim, and often hilarious, Same Shit, Different Show aims to tear the glamorous face off of the entertainment industry and to teach it’s listeners about just what happens, and how it happens on set.
Same Shit, Different Show’s commander and chief and goodly host is Buz Danger Wallick, a freelance camera man in Los Angeles, CA. His list of credits include the critically acclaimed Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy, the award winning short Thirsty, and numerous other documentary/short films, all of which he served as Director of Photography. Buz has also directed his own short, a kung fu sex comedy titled Wax Off.
